Return & Refund Policy

Here’s how Chelsea Boot India handles returns, refunds, and cancellations:

1. Eligibility Window: Returns or refund requests must be made within 9 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions: To be eligible:

   • Products must be unused

   • Tags must be intact

   • Original box / packaging should be returned

   • Returns are accepted if there is a size issue, the product is defective, or a wrong item was delivered

3. Return Process:

   • You must submit your request via the Return/Refund Form, available on every product page and in the footer

   • Requests via WhatsApp or email without the form will not be accepted

4. Refund Method: We refund the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item

5. Return Shipping:

   • If the return is due to our error (defect or wrong item), we’ll arrange pickup

   • For size-based or customer-initiated returns, standard return shipping applies

6. Warranty: Our 1-year sole replacement warranty covers manufacturing defects; it does not cover damage due to abuse

7. Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 1 day of purchase as long as they have not yet shipped
