Welcome to chelseabootindia.com. By placing orders or browsing our site, you agree to the following:

1. Product Accuracy: We strive for accurate product photos and descriptions. Slight variations may occur due to natural leather textures or screen settings.

2. Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only after payment (prepaid) or verification (COD). We reserve the right to cancel orders because of invalid addresses or payment issues.

3. Pricing: All product prices on our site include applicable taxes.

4. Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 1 day of placing it — only if the order hasn’t been shipped.

5. Returns & Refunds: You can request a return within 9 days of receiving the product. Returned items must be unused, with tags and original packaging intact. Use our Return/Refund Form to initiate.

6. Warranty: We provide a 1-year sole replacement warranty. This does not cover damage due to misuse.

7. Liability: We are not responsible for courier delays, natural events, or any issues beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property: All content on this site (images, text, logos) is owned by Chelsea Boot India and may not be reused without our permission.
